Technical Lead · Microsoft Technologies

4× Microsoft Certified Professional · MBA in Generative AI & Product Management (IIT Patna)

Welcome to MS 365 Diary! I’m Rajiv Kumar, a software engineer and technology enthusiast with a strong interest in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, Azure and Artificial Intelligence.

Over the years, I’ve worked with Microsoft technologies to understand how they can be used not just to build solutions, but to solve real business and productivity challenges. My interests have increasingly expanded toward AI, automation, cloud technologies, and the way modern AI can transform the way we work.

If you’d like to know more about my professional journey and the work I’ve been involved in, you can visit My Portfolio or connect with me on LinkedIn.

Why I Started MS365 Diary

I created MS365 Diary as a place to document and share what I learn while working with Microsoft technologies and AI.

Rather than simply collecting documentation or theoretical concepts, I prefer exploring things hands-on—trying them, understanding what actually works, solving problems, and then sharing those learnings in a practical way.

Note

Why I Share

Technology changes constantly, and learning never really stops. I believe one of the best ways to learn is to build, experiment, solve problems, and share the experience with others.

That is the idea behind MS365 Diary — a practical space where I can document my journey, share useful solutions, and hopefully make someone else's learning or problem-solving a little easier.
